  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
  • Complimentary shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount (optional: e.g., $100+).

Local Pickup (Optional – great for CT base)

  • Free local pickup available in Columbia, CT.
  • Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays

  • PALM Resort Wear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

Incorrect Addresses
